One of the most prestigious sailing regattas in the world, Antigua Sailing Week 2026 takes place annually at Nelson’s Dockyard, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Antigua. The four-day event is more than sailing as participants will have the opportunity to experience the culture and hospitality of Antigua and Barbuda.
2026 marks the 57th edition of the Antigua Sailing Week and organisers have tweaked the event to create more of a destination sailing experience that traces the coastline of Antigua.
ASW consists of four days of competitive racing for sailors and offers up plenty for spectators who can observe the race from the infamous Shirley Heights Lookout as well as Chase the Race from a catamaran. Dockyard Day, Reggae in the Park and the Lay Day Beach Party are all part of the week of fun activities.
