Anguilla Culinary Experience
The Anguilla Culinary Experience is a five-day epicurean festival featuring local and international chefs at Anguilla’s resorts, where local grill-masters will prepare grilled seafood and ribs. Local and guest chefs will present sumptuous prix fixe menus with wine pairings as part of Restaurant Night. ACE or VIP level ticket packages are available. Wine and food curator Michael Green will serve as master of ceremonies for the event. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Anguilla National Culinary Team and other hospitality training programs on the island. Some of the chefs include Jonathan Waxman a James Beard winner for Best Chef: New York City, Executive Chef Parash Chhetri, and Marc Alvarez to name a few.
