The Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE) is a four-day epicurean Caribbean event featuring local and award-winning international chefs at Anguilla’s resorts. This year’s ACE will include a delicious lineup of activities including Seaside Resort Parties, Exclusive Chef Dinners, and Restaurant Nights where local and guest chefs will present sumptuous prix fixe menus with wine pairings and a Beach Barbecue and mystery basket competition as the grand finale. The award-winning Anguilla Culinary Team will compete in the battle on the beach mystery basket cooking competition.
Some of the guest chefs who will be preparing the spectacular dishes at this year’s ACE include: Jennifer Carroll of Spice Finch of Philadelphia; Top Chef USA fame Daniele Lippi of 2 Michelin-starred Acquolina in Rome Italy; four-time James Beard Award Winner David Waltuck of New York, and Anthony Rose of Toronto’s Fat Pasha and Fat Sun Camp.
A portion of the proceeds of the Anguilla Culinary Experience will go to the Anguilla National Culinary Team and other hospitality training programs on the island.
