If you’ve ever dreamed of dancing the night away in the Caribbean, this is your sign. From July 21 to 29, 2025, the Mi Habana Baila Festival invites dance enthusiasts worldwide to immerse themselves in Cuba’s rich dance tradition.
This nine-day extravaganza spans Havana, Viñales, and Varadero, offering a blend of dance workshops, live music, and cultural excursions. In Havana, participants will engage in workshops led by renowned Cuban and international instructors, refining their moves in salsa, rumba, and more. As the sun sets, festival-goers will be treated to nightly parties at iconic venues, where the rhythms of live bands and DJs keep everyone on their feet.
Mid-festival, the journey continues to Viñales for a night at the charming Hotel Los Jazmines. Surrounded by lush landscapes, it’s a perfect respite before heading to Varadero’s pristine beaches. Here, attendees will enjoy an all-inclusive stay at the Sol Varadero Beach Hotel, culminating in a live concert by the dynamic Alexander Guerra y D’ Nuevo Son, who will be lighting up the dance floor.
In addition, the festival offers cultural excursions like a classic American car tour through Old Havana and witnessing the historic Cannon Firing Ceremony. These experiences aim to enrich festival-goers’ understanding of Cuba’s heritage, making the Mi Habana Baila Festival more than just a dance event—it’s a full immersion into the island’s soul.
Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or simply eager to experience the joy of dancing in the Caribbean, this festival promises unforgettable moments in a tropical paradise. So, pack your dancing shoes and let Cuba’s rhythms sweep you off your feet this summer.
